Your Statutory Rights

Our 30-Day Empty Pouch Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These rights are not affected by our policy.

Consumer Rights Act 2015

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be:

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this quickly.

What to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (product and packaging)
  2. Email us at support@overpowerednutrition.com with your order number and photos
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you

You will not be required to return the damaged product. We may ask you to dispose of it safely.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@overpowerednutrition.com. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent and cover all costs associated with the error.

Subscription Orders

Our return policy applies equally to subscription orders. Each delivery under a subscription is treated as a separate purchase.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account dashboard
  • To pause or skip a delivery, log in before your next billing date
  • Refunds for subscription orders follow the same 30-Day Empty Pouch Guarantee

Refund Processing Times

Once a refund is approved:

  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
