Dispatch Times

Same-Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 4:00 PM GMT (Monday - Friday) are dispatched the same working day.

  • Orders placed after 4PM will be dispatched the next working day
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day
  • You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number

Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number and email address.

Our Shipping Partners

We work with trusted UK carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • Royal Mail: Primary carrier for all UK deliveries (Tracked 24 & Tracked 48)
  • DPD: Used for select deliveries and express options
  • Evri: Alternative carrier when required

All shipments are fully tracked. You can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at support@overpowerednutrition.com as soon as possible. We can only update addresses for orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful (no one available to receive the parcel), Royal Mail will:

  • Leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot
  • Attempt redelivery on the next working day (depending on service)
  • Hold your parcel at a local collection point for up to 18 days

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working hard to expand our shipping to international destinations and plan to launch global shipping in 2026.

Subscription Deliveries

If you're subscribed to our products, your orders will ship automatically at your selected frequency (monthly, every 2 months, etc.).

  • Subscription orders receive the same free shipping as one-time orders
  • You'll receive an email notification 3 days before your subscription renews
  • You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime via your Account
  • To change your shipping address for subscriptions, update it in your Account under "Manage Subscriptions" → "Shipping Addresses"

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window. However, occasionally parcels may be delayed due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

If your order hasn't arrived:

  1. Check your tracking information for the latest status
  2. Allow up to 5 working days from dispatch before contacting us
  3. If your order is still missing, email us at support@overpowerednutrition.com

We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
